  • If we experience high order volume, processing may take longer. Customers will be notified by email or phone if there is a significant delay.

Additional Notes

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Order cutoff time: 6:00 PM EST (New York). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

  • Expedited/overnight delivery is available only for addresses within the continental U.S. (extra charges may apply).

  • Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or supply chain disruptions.


Shipping Carriers

We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS for our deliveries.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship internationally.

  • We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

  • Tracking numbers are typically active within 24 hours.


Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@healthcareorigin.com or +1(917) 463-3852.

  • We will assist in filing a carrier claim and ensure resolution in line with our Return Policy.

  • Please keep all packaging and damaged goods for inspection.


Item Not Received

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will coordinate with the carrier to locate the package.
