- The BD Vacutainer CPT Mononuclear Cell Preparation tube is for the one step isolation of lymphocytes, monocytes, and plasma
- The BD Vacutainer CPT tube may be used to obtain highly concentrated mononuclear cells and/or plasma for immunotyping, culture, and cell function studies, and for tests using gene-amplification techniques
- The additive is density gradient polymer gel and sodium citrate for mononuclear cell preparation, Sodium citrate 0.45 mL 0.1 M and Ficoll™ medium
