- Designed to provide heat/cold for soothing pain while wearing the Ossur Formfit® Back Support
- Gel pad sticks to the inside of the brace by hook and loop tabs and stays in place so you can be mobile with the back brace
- For cold application, store gel pad in your freezer
- For heat application, soak gel pad in microwaved water (do not put it directly in the microwave) for 7-10 minutes before application
- Delivers therapeutic warmth or cold for 20 minutes
