- The Sofia Influenza A+B Fluorescent Immunoassay (FIA) uses advanced immunofluorescence-based lateral-flow technology to detect influenza A and influenza B viral nucleoprotein antigens in nasal and nasopharyngeal swab and nasopharygeal aspirate/wash specimens
